Due to the poor market situation in the music business we have decided to focus our active resources on enhancing the distribution power for the existing assortment. The number of financially sound and solvent distribution partners has decreased tremendously lately and the bankruptcies of several mailorder companies are very concerning. Thus, we will now observe the midterm development of the CD market and in parallel we will strengthen and restructure our distribution channels to gain a better market presence for our existing products.
